Terms of use

Last updated 12 August 2026

These are the rules for using Pamoja Pass. Using the service means accepting them.

Your Fan ID

A Fan ID belongs to one person and is not transferable. The details on it must match the document you presented. Giving false identity details invalidates the pass and any tickets bound to it, without refund.

Tickets

Every ticket is bound to a verified Fan ID, and a fan may hold one ticket per fixture. You may buy seats for other people; each seat must then be assigned to that person's verified Fan ID before it will open a turnstile.

Tickets are not for resale. A seat offered for sale by anyone other than Pamoja Pass may be cancelled without refund.

Releasing a seat and refunds

Only the fan who paid may release a ticket. Releasing more than three hours before kickoff refunds half the price; inside that window the seat is freed but nothing is refunded, because it can no longer realistically be resold. Either way the seat returns to sale.

Entry

Entry is decided at the turnstile by the stadium operator and the accreditation authority, not by us. A valid pass is necessary for entry but does not by itself guarantee it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running throughout the tournament, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Fixtures, venues and kickoff times are set by the competition organisers and can change.
